Quote requests
When you fill in the quote form we store your name, email, phone, stay details and message so our reservations team (hc089@accor.com) can send you an offer. We also record when you started and submitted the form.
What is a cookie?
Cookies and similar tracers are small packets of data a website stores in your browser, such as a session identifier, a language or an expiry date. Session cookies are deleted when you leave the site or close the browser; persistent cookies remain until they expire or you delete them.
Cookies we use
- Strictly necessary — keep the site working and secure and remember your cookie choice. Always on.
- Preferences — remember your language (Hungarian / German).
- Advertising & measurement — Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google and TikTok, used to measure our ads and see which campaigns bring guests. Only set with your consent.
Advertising measurement
With your consent (or where consent is not required by law), we share page views, form-start and form-submit events with Meta, Google and TikTok. These events can include your IP address, browser details, ad click identifiers (fbclid, gclid, ttclid) and cookie identifiers set by these platforms. We do not send your name, email or phone number to these platforms.
Consent
On your first visit a banner asks whether you accept advertising cookies; they are only activated after you accept. You can review, change or withdraw your consent at any time. We keep a record of each choice (time, notice version and the choice made).
